- Preparation for the owners’ arrival: heating on, fridge on, cleaning, function check water, electricity, heating before arrival
- Follow-up after owner’s departure: heating off, garbage disposed of, beds stripped and washed, cleaning; fridge emptied, cleaned and switched off
